How Do I Submit a FOIA Request

Pursuant to guidelines created by the 1976 Michigan Freedom of Information Act and amended in 2014, the public can submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for records kept by the Hastings Public Library.

As part of the City of Hastings, FOIA requests are submitted to the City's FOIA Director. Use the link below to access the form.
